A brief description of the site of practice teaching




       The Banga high school is located at the Banga 2nd plaridel, bulacan. It is near at the Iglesia Ni cristo and in the market. You walk a little then you can see it. The Banga high school is small and has a four building at the three corners. The stage is not yet finish but it is located at the centred of the three corners. The stage occupy is big. The stage is not yet done in this school so they go to elementary school if there is a program in their school. There is gate that is connected to elementary school. Inside the school you will see a trees and plants in the corner near in the gate. In the left side, you will see the two buildings for grade 7 and 9. If there is events or program in that school that all of them can attend they were a specify section that can go or come to attend for that event. In the left side, you will see two floors of building. 
     They have two canteen located at the ground floor of the room Grade 10 and beside the room Grade 9. If they have a program in elementary school it is hear in Banga High school because it is near. They are lot of destruction because it is near at the elementary school and in the houses around the school. The facilities are good condition. They don’t have clinic when student is sick they give a medicine only and take rest in faculty. Not all teachers have faculty. Most of the teachers place or faculty is at the back of the students in the rooms. The faculty for the teachers is not build.

    The day that we were introduced to our Alma mater Banga High School as student teachers and were assigned to our own cooperating teachers, I swiftly get the schedule of seven sections and their names so that I may be familiar with them. I handle grade 8 with seven sections.  It is like a new environment. It is hard for me to adopt in my environment. The students is almost not all passive not active based on what I observed to them. I started to create names to draw if there’s a surprise recitation and I also create some chips to motivate my students in participating at my class. I do a recitation notebook so that I can monitor and grade who is participating in my class. I have also class record to write what is their score.
    I write lesson plan to make serve as a guide when I was teaching. I always do a lesson plan everyday that I come and teach my students. I used it to know what I will I do and teach to my students. I know if you have a good lesson plan  half of your work is done. I will think only how I will deliver it correctly and successfully. My students did an activity that helps them to know and understand more the topic on what I was discussing that is written in the lesson plan that I did. After that I give a quiz to know if they learn while I’m discussing. I make sure that the objectives of my lesson plan are follow.
  
   This is my first teaching at Grade 8 Mahogany. My topic is about Pagusbong at Pagunlad ng Klasikal na Lipunan sa Amerika, Africa at mga pulo sa Pacific. Every student as I observe in their class is not attentive. They are some that I need to repeat it for them to understand the lesson. It is hard to catch their attention because of the much destruction around them.  They are always motivated and willing to learn that is why my first teaching was so memorable in the guidance of my Cooperating Teacher Mrs. Elizabeth Angeles AP Coordinator who is so passionate in guiding me.

    This is the lesson plan that I made, before the day that I’m going to discuss my first lesson. It was approved by my cooperating teacher. She gave good feedbacks to my materials such as pictures and visual aids. I make a lot of effort to what I did a visual aids. To make it attractive and my students amaze on what I do. I want at first until the end there is new in what I did to make them motivate to learn more and to attend in my class not because they need or they force. I want them to attend in my class because they like and willing to listen to my discussion but also to learn to become a good person that A Social Studies teach. That must alike to be a teacher. I feature as well as my activities which my students truly enjoyed.

Since I already finish the first lesson, my student requested to teach them again, so I created some visual aids this time I used a visual aids because we don’t have a Lcd projector. Our discussion is more on activities and questions and answers provided by students ad facilitated by teacher. The activities their answers are on the module that I borrow.  If they have don’t understand something they ask me and I will explain it to them. Sometimes the module is not enough for the students so they share to each other

Evidences of community outreach







    The importance of the community outreach is to help others. I’m happy to what I have done. We must help others because you want it not you are force. I want to help them even in a small thing. I don’t have money but there are some ways that I can help them. The school had a feeding program for the students that are malnourished. The teacher and the ST prepared and gives a food to the students that are included in that feeding program. 
     The food was giving is to nutrient so that they will became healthy. Seeing those students eat in exact time and enjoying eating is makes me happy. It is big things to them because they don’t pay for it and they can buy other things that they need in studying. This program is nice because it will help the students that did not have enough money to buy food.
     I realize that I am lucky that I can buy I want and I need. So I must thankful of what I have in my life. I’m thankful that I eat in exact time and have money to buy foods that I want. I know that not all can buy what they want and need. I must thank god and be happy. I realize be happy on what I have and I don’t have. I don’t have it because there is a reason. Maybe it is not for me. We are lucky so be thankful in our life.



Best lesson plan using creative strategy with the complete set of materials




































   The best lesson plan I used is semi detailed lesson plan. I used light colors of design in the borders of the visual aid to make it colorful and beautiful. It also printed to make it readable and formal to everyone who will see it. I though what will be the theme that is related on lesson. I also follow the theme silver and gold in the motivational games that I did before the discussing. It is like gold bars that in front there is a word that is related on what I discuss. I have also pictures that the students paste in the blackboard which define it in the word. They find clues on the word hunt and they pick a question and answer it correctly. The word hunt has a design sampling face because I want simple and attracted visual aids for my motivation. I want them to focus in the letters not in the design or borders. The visual aid that I used is attracting the learners. I exert a lot of money and time in preparing for my visual aids. It is ones in a life time experience so I must do my best. I did not waste time for preparing my materials that I used to my final demo. For my discussion and quiz I used power point presentation. I write assignment of the students on the blackboard.
I’m thankful to everyone who supports me and helps on the day of my final demonstration teaching. They motivate and inspire me a lot in order for me to succeed in my teaching carrier. I will never give up

The grade 8 shows their ability of their mind to think and remember what they learn on what I discuss (Individual activity).There are time a looted in writing what they learn. They write on a one whole paper what they learn when I’m discussion and what they realize the essence why I teach that lesson. They are rubrics for that content is ten percent writing is five percent originality is ten percent for a total of twenty five percent. When they passed their works I’m glad to what they answer because they realize why it is important to learn that lesson. They do an collage for their project. The collage is about the “piyudalismo”. In third grading I give assignment that they bring pictures and other materials. The pictures are about the persons who contribute in renaissance and a description about them. The students bring materials and they do it in my time. They do it silently. In construction paper they paste the pictures and put design and compile it.
I’m happy to the feedback of my students. They appreciated all of my effort and time that I did to learn them and to become a good person to others. I’m so touch to their message to me on my last day to my cooperating school. I did not expect that they will miss me. Some students hug me and said ma’am rose can you teach us again and come back here in Banga Highschool. It so good experience that I had. I’m thankful to be student teacher of them. I’m happy that they learn to me not only in my lesson but also to become a good person. It is enjoying seeing them enjoying in learning in my subject. I see that my students do their best in activities that they did. They never give up even sometimes it is difficult. The memories that I had as a student teacher will not fade and forget. All the memories with all my students are a one of the happier happen to my life.



 INTRODUCTION
Students are diverse. They have differences and similarities like in the room that all of the students is difference with their beliefs, norms and behavior. The differences give a unique personality to every student but because of that they can understand each other. Even they have differences they have similarities that unite them as one.  In the classroom every students have common that unite them to understand each other even there are differences maybe in culture that they had.

REFLECTION
You can help the diverse students to find common ground. Respecting is important to accept each other. Respecting and have a peace can avoid discrimination to everyone because people are diverse. We need mindful meditation encourages greater awareness of one’s self, of others, and of our interconnectedness. A mindful approach helps students to embrace their own imperfection and honor the different levels of openness that each brings, knowing that being vulnerable depends on a sense of safety. They need to become open minded. If they make mistakes, we are open to dealing with them, accepting that it’s okay to be imperfect. Because of that they can find their common grounds that help them to unite.
Summary
Students have been speaking out on issues of racial justice also about sexual violence, demanding that universities become more just and equitable societies. There are issues of the students happen because of they can’t find their common or similarities to accept everyone. Administrators, faculty, and students have been struggling to figure out how interpret their feelings and personality. They must create an educational environment that feels safe and accepting for all students. There are principles of heartful community. This is foster mindfulness the courses are based in the practice of mindfulness. The mindful meditation for students helps mitigate fears and anxieties but that it also encourages greater awareness of one’s self, of others, and of our interconnectedness. A mindful approach helps students to embrace their own vulnerability and imperfection and honor the different levels of openness that each brings, knowing that being vulnerable depends on a sense of safety. Model authenticity is about seeing who they really are.

A. Rating scale of cooperating teacher




I exert so much time in preparing for my lesson plan. Almost two weeks, I started to create my lesson plan to be used in my final demonstration; I regularly consult it to my cooperating teacher if there are some revisions. She is very diligent at guiding me and giving me some tips. She help me on what should I do and what should I do during my demo. In my lesson plan I expected it students centered there are a questions about how and why.
I prepared a lot to make my Visual Aid and PowerPoint nice to who saw it. I also exert so much time and money in creating my learning materials since once in a lifetime experience. And I want to give all of my best. I do visual aid that is readable, attractive and surprising for my students to encourage them to participate on my discussion. I want them to learn and enjoy. I have pictures on power point presentation so that they can understand it more. In my PowerPoint I put the most important detail only and more pictures. I know that not every student have the same way how they will understand it. There is students understand the lesson by means of seeing pictures or words that is related to the lesson.
This is the day that I’ve been waiting for. The day of how my teaching career will be guided by critics, knowing my strengths and weaknesses and ways to improve it to be a better teacher someday or should I say soon. In my final demo I’m nervous and excited on what is the result after I finish my demo. I said to myself you can do it.  Trust yourself and do your best in final demo.  When I’m discussing I’m so conscious when someone watching me at the back that they observe also. I feel that time that I said is wrong. I thought that day whenever be the results just accept it and be happy even there are needs improvement.
This is the evaluation result of my demonstration teaching. I will work hard to improve my teaching. In my post con the observers said to me what is my strength and weakness when I’m teaching.  I know what is my strength and weakness when I’m teaching. In my weakness I need to improve it for my students to them to make my teaching better.  One of the observer said that it must be holistic and not analytic. It so detail and like a piece by piece. I’m conscious to them. That why sometimes I forgot something what is next that I do. I will do my best to improve my teaching. They give suggestion that will help me to improve my strategies in teaching. I always remember what they said to me and apply it when I become a teacher. I’m thankful to them that they tell me what I need to improve to become a successful teacher soon. They congratulate me.  I’m happy because I can do it and I am done on it. I passed it.
I’m thankful to everyone who supports me and helps on the day of my final demonstration teaching. They motivate and inspire me a lot in order for me to succeed in my teaching carrier. I will never give up.

At the age of nineteen I already graduated as a teacher. I will teach in the private school. I will get an experience and save money to help my parents and for myself to review. I will get a LET exam and I will pass it. I will teach in public school and I will study another language. I will teach here in the Philippines more than 8 years. I will manage my time for teaching and studying. I want to go to abroad when I become twenty eight years old and I learn other language I will work abroad. I will have a stable work abroad.
